In the countryside two kilometres west of Sant Lluís, in the south-east of Menorca, on the road to Binibèquer. By car, Binibèquer is 5 minutes away, Punta Prima 8, Mahón 10, the airport 15 and Ciutadella 45.

The house and the rooms
How many rooms are there?
Nine rooms of three types: the Small Room (10 m², no terrace), the Double Room (21 m²) and the Deluxe Suite (35 m², one space, not two separate rooms). You ask for the type; I confirm the exact room.
Can I have a room with a terrace?
Some Double Rooms and some Suites have a terrace; the Small Room does not. If you want one, say so in your request: it only counts if I confirm it in writing.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in the room price.
Is there a pool?
Yes. It is open from 1 April to 31 October, from 10:00 to 19:00.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room.
Can you see the sea from the house?
No. From the house you see the garden; Binibèquer is five minutes away by car.
Is it quiet?
It is countryside, but not total silence: the road to Binibèquer passes right by the house and you sometimes hear it, and now and then, rarely, a plane, because the airport is about two kilometres away. From 23:00 to 08:00 I ask every guest for quiet.
Arrival and the stay
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, check-out by 11:00.
What if I arrive later?
Let me know beforehand and we will sort it out. If you arrive after dark, I will give you a few landmarks to find the house.
Do I need a car?
Yes: without a car the house is a long way from everything. Parking is inside the finca and free.
Are pets allowed?
No, except accredited assistance dogs.
Are children welcome?
Yes. At the pool, under-16s must be with an adult.
Can I smoke?
Only in the marked outdoor areas, never inside the house.
Is the tourist tax included?
No, the tourist tax is not included.
The request
How do I book?
There is no instant booking: send your dates, room type and number of guests through the form. I reply myself with availability and price, usually within 24 hours. It is a booking only once I confirm it in writing.
How much does it cost? Does asking commit me to anything?
The price depends on the dates and the room type, and I write it in the proposal. Sending a request does not commit you to anything and asks for no payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is kept.
