This is not a hotel that found a finca. It is a finca that learned to receive. Nine rooms. A talaiot in the garden. A name we did not invent.
The name

Between 903 and 1287 this place takes the name of the clan. It is not a brand. It is an inheritance: you say it whenever you ask the way.
There are two Binissafullet.
The poblat is prehistory. The house is Vell. Two things, one name.
The sea cannot be seen from here.
The sea is five minutes away. From the house you do not see it. That is the point.
The garden
It is not a visit. It is outside the room.
In the gardens stands a tower more than three thousand years old, part of the Poblat Talaiòtic de Binissafullet. Beside it, a taula. We did not put them there. We look after them.
It is one of the best-preserved groups in the south of the island, protected as cultural heritage and recognised by UNESCO Menorca Talayotic.

Before us
The land changes hands. The stone does not.

We did not invent a finca
When the Foradori family arrived, the house was already here. The work was one of respect: architecture, landscape, memory. No stage set. Nothing that tries to be more Menorca than Menorca.
What we are not
We say it at the door
Saying what we are not also explains what we protect. The scale is small, rural and quiet by choice.
We are not a large resort
No endless corridors, constant entertainment or big-hotel feeling.
We are not a noisy property
Few rooms, open spaces, a rhythm that is not animated.
We are not in the tourist centre
Close to what matters, away from the noise of the busiest areas.
We do not promise excess
We prefer direct care and details that support the stay without intruding.

You need a car
Sant Lluís is not Ciutadella. Without a car the house is an island inside the island.
