Arrival and departure times

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. Arriving earlier, or need a later start? Write to us: when the house allows it, we make it work.

Quiet hours

From 11:00 pm to 8:00 am we ask for quiet across the whole finca, indoors and out. During the day, keep the volume moderate: no speakers in shared spaces; headphones are fine.

The pool

Open from 1 April to 31 October, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Outside those hours there is no access.

Shower before swimming, and keep creams and oils out of the water. No glass, food or cans; drinks come from the bar, water is fine. No running, diving, music, balls, or floats larger than 60 cm. Sun loungers are not reserved with towels.

Smoking

No smoking indoors — including e-cigarettes — in rooms, bathrooms or corridors. Only in the marked outdoor areas.

Pets

We do not take animals, even briefly. The only exception is accredited assistance dogs.

Children

Children are welcome. At the pool, under-16s stay with an adult. If a nappy is still needed, it should be a swim nappy.

The rooms

Only registered guests may stay overnight. No cooking in the room, and no irons, camping stoves or fryers.

Sheets and towels are changed every 4 nights; an extra change is €18. Housekeeping runs until 1:00 pm: if the room is still occupied, it is skipped that day. Please do not flush wipes or nappies.

No open fires

We are in the countryside and the fire risk is real: no barbecues, candles, incense or open flames.

Visitors

Family and passing guests should be mentioned and authorised before they come in. It keeps the house calm for those already staying.

The house and garden

No picnics in the shared spaces. Cushions and blankets stay in the room. Laundry goes only on the drying lines. The kitchen and staff areas are not for guests.
